I passed this lot around 7.30am this morning. Why, oh why does the Council think it necessary to do some drainage works on a Saturday? It's not like this road is a 4 lane freeway, and that blocking half a lane on a weekday will cause traffic to snarl up all the way to the Blue Mountains.
