Another hideous housing development

There I was, idling along the banks of the Parramatta River when I looked to my right and spotted this thing shown below.



It's a "waterfront" housing development of some sort. I presume it is situated on an oozing miasma of toxic industrial waste. I bet it will still cost a bomb to live there. I stood there and looked across the river at it for a few minutes, shook my head and gave thanks that we live where we do.
