Goats in boats?

Whilst waiting for the bridge to close, I spotted a police boat coming into Darling Harbour. It soon became apparent that it, and another boat, were there to escort the gin palace on the right. I have no idea who was on board, but I spotted one TV crew on the back doing interviews.



I'd like one of these black things.
