To go, or not to go

I'm sitting at home, warm and dry, wondering whether it is worth riding into town in this. I've been watching the radar for a few hours, and the showers just keep coming through non-stop, and some of them have been pretty heavy.



I guess one good thing will come of it. If I do ride in, the ferals shouldn't pong that much after a good drenching. Although I wonder if dreadlocks smell like wet sheep after they have been out in the rain? Or wet dog?

I might take a few bars of soap and suggest that some of them have a quick dip in the fountain in Hyde Park before they go home, since their home clearly lacks any means of sanitation.
