Stop the violence, begs bikie mother

THE distraught mother of Anthony and Peter Zervas has pleaded for an end to the bikie war in which one of her sons was killed and another seriously injured.

Efie Zervas, speaking to channels Nine and Seven, said: "Just tell them to stop … Violence is not the answer," repeating her plea like a mantra.

Um, lady - your kids joined a bikie gang. You are aware of what some bikies get up to, aren't you? You are aware that some participate in all sorts of illegal activities that are highly likely to attract or involve violence?

They chose their path. You failed to stop them. No use complaining now. Actions have consequences. Live with it.
