Here is a case of epic fail on a small scale. We had the OH&S crowd in today, spraying yellow warning lines in all directions. A bunch of them were sprayed near where I was working. The guys doing the line marking put up this sign, but assumed that everyone would approach this area from one direction only. I happened to come at it from the other direction - behind this sign.
