When I first saw it, only one window was smashed. I presume this car is a good example of the "broken windows" theory of crime. If you leave something around with one broken window and don't fix it, some idiot will come along and smash the rest of the windows.
Even the roof has been caved in, probably by someone jumping up and down on it.
The hilarious thing is that the council is responsible for towing these things away. It is about 100m from a council depot, and no one has noticed it yet (or they have noticed, and couldn't be buggered doing anything about it).
