We got a new oven recently. Because our old one gave up the ghost.
The new one has some amazingly stupid features. Let me list them for you.
It is too narrow for our roasting tins. The external dimensions are the same as the old one, but it is several inches smaller inside. It's like a reverse Tardis.
It only goes up to 200 degrees, whereas the last one went to 260. Bread making and pizza baking are going to be a real challenge with this wimpy oven.
The heating element only comes on if you turn the timer on. And the timer only goes for two hours, so if I am slow roasting something that needs say 4 hours, I need to go and reset the timer after two hours, because if I don't, the heat goes off.
What a cheap bit of crap.
