I'm old enough to remembr when these were raced at Bathurst, and prior to that, at Phillip Island. They invariably led the race for the first ten laps and then ran out of brakes. They were also used as pursuit cars by the Victorian police at one stage. These days you can hire one from a bloke in Gymea Bay.
