I was walking somewhere the other day - please don't ask me where - when I wandered past one of those red light/speed radar revenue raising camera jobbies on a pole.
The camera was unable to photograph any offending cars because a sticker had been stuck over the lens.
The sticker read:
"Cops are tops".
