Sorry, when did any lefty say that members of the working class weren't individually as capable of being a right dickhead as anyone else?
The particular gentleman in question - the one who abused me and ticketed me, whether lawful or not, in those circumstances - certainly was. Take my word for it. If you'd been there, I'm sure you'd have reached a similar conclusion.
