I'm collecting my thoughts on an interesting topic - how the bicycle can help us understand the economic history behind why we now drink a lot of beer from bottles.

Definitely worth a grant from the Arts Council or similar. If you can work in a global warming angle and some aboriginal cultural history it should reap a motza in grant money.

Be sure to include the multicultural angle, for maximum grant allocation.
I do a lot of practical research on that very topic - but be buggered if I can remember the answer in the morning.....
